Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or the seal tampered with is ineligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is still in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and has not been opened or used.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the unopened item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse; once inspected and verified as sealed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
